Warranty:

Units carry a 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty against defects. RMA #'s are required for all returns.

Shipping:

Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 per unit, shipped anywhere in the lower 48 US states. If you require shipping outside the 48 US States, contact us for a shipping rate. Units are shipped via USPS Priority. Express shipping is an option for $30.00 via UPS.

RMA Returns:

Returns are accepted if unit is proven to be defective. If you need to return a defective unit, PLEASE email us first to receive an RMA #. NO RETURNS CAN BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA #. Items sent without an RMA # will be returned to you at your expense.
